Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Badge Patrol Job in Lewisville, Texas

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Badge Patrol in Lewisville, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points, and support badge-related processes. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while responding to security-related concerns. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the distribution facility, warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and vehicle traffic, verify credentials and shipping-related appointments as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and reports.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and complete required documentation.
- Help maintain an orderly logistics environment by observing activity around freight, equipment, and restricted areas and reporting policy concerns to site leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
