As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol - Bank Branch in Lewisville, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and remaining visible throughout the assigned financial institution location. Your presence and strong communication skills will play a key role in creating a secure environment, while delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, checking for any unauthorized access or unusual activity.
• Document observations and incidents as required by site procedures, maintaining clear and concise records for Allied Universal management and client representatives.
• Assist with access control procedures, helping to verify identification and manage visitor and employee entry as needed within a financial institution environment.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance while representing Allied Universal at the client location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
