Allied Universal Services is currently searching for a Professional Security Shift Supervisor.

The Shift Security Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Security Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Location: Lithia Springs, GA 30122

Starting Pay $17.50 / hour

Shifts Available: 1st Monday - Friday 0600 - 1400

Requirements: Prior leadership experience a must

Roles & Responsibilities:

Prior leadership experience, must be able to train, comfortable with walking entire shift, detail oriented, compliance and policy driven

Staff Management:

Administers site safety programs outlining site-specific hazards for security officers to include construction area safety.

Enforces Allied Universal’s policies as outlined in the handbooks and executive memos.

Oversee all Job Related and ongoing training for security officers this includes client-based computer training both initial and annual training. It will also include training on all systems utilized by the client.

Effectively Communicate anyclient special coverage requests, Security Professional Request Offs & Position Openings to the Operations Manager.

Addressing employee concerns and disciplinary issues.

Communicate staffing needs to Operations Manager.

Security Operations:

Implementing and enforcing specific client security policies and procedures.

Conducting regular security patrols and inspections of the premises.

Monitoring security systems like CCTV cameras and access control systems.

Responding to security alarms and incidents promptly.

Incident Response:

Investigating security breaches and suspicious activities.

Documenting incidents and preparing reports to be sent to the Operations Center.

Communication and Collaboration:

Coordinate and maintainopen communication with clients, AUS management, and SecurityOfficers.

Main point of contact for client and Operations Manager on all day-to-day operations.

Briefing staff on security protocols, new procedures and other important information
