Security Officer Patrol Driver Position

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Position in Little Rock, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer at a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, offering the chance to support daily operations with professionalism, clear communication, and integrity while working as part of a reliable, caring, and innovative team.

- Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
- Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout storefront areas, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and observe unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and public activity, assist with directions and general information, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior to the appropriate personnel.
- Support retail operations during opening, closing, and peak traffic periods by maintaining a visible presence, following post orders, and assisting with crowd and line management when needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
