Security Officer Patrol Driver Route

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Route in Little Rock, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence and strong customer service. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a retail location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail property, including common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
- Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or maintenance or hazard concerns, and report observations to management or emergency personnel as needed.
- Assist visitors, tenants, and store personnel with directions, information, and/or support related to site rules and security-related concerns.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
