Security Officer Bilingual Dispatch Job in Los Angeles, California

As a Security Officer Bilingual Dispatch in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Dispatch Security Professional at a financial institution, you will coordinate security-related communications, monitor alarm activity and access control systems, and support timely responses to incidents. You will maintain clear documentation, communicate with personnel and visitors, and help promote a welcoming, secure environment. At Allied Universal, you will bring a customer-focused approach while contributing through teamwork, integrity, reliability, and innovation.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial institution location.
- Monitor and coordinate incoming calls, alarms, access-related notifications, and service requests from a central dispatch point.
- Receive, document, prioritize, and communicate incidents, critical situations, and requests for assistance to appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and shift activity reports in accordance with site-specific procedures.
- Monitor camera systems and other security-related technology, reporting unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access or suspicious behavior.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish.
- Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
