As a Security Officer Commercial Building in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will serve as a welcoming, professional presence for tenants, visitors, and vendors. You will manage access, monitor security-related activity, communicate clearly, and help address concerns while delivering exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $20.60 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Wed	02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Thur	02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Fri	02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Sat	02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Sun	02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and security-related policies.
Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and maintain visitor logs in accordance with site procedures.
Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and/or building systems as assigned, and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, or security-related issues to appropriate personnel.
Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
Answer and route incoming calls, provide directions and general building information, and maintain clear, accurate records and shift reports.

Minimum Requirements:

At least six months of security-related experience is required.
Customer service experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
