Security Officer Driver Patrol Analyst

As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Analyst in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as a driving patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support tenants and visitors with exceptional customer service and communication. In this role, you will reflect our agile, reliable, and innovative approach, put people first, work through teamwork, and act with integrity every day.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and/or property issues.
- Monitor access points, observe pedestrian and vehicle traffic, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations according to site procedures.
- Prepare clear and accurate activity logs, incident reports, and/or shift notes to help support ongoing awareness of property conditions and security-related concerns.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- A minimum of 6 months of security-related experience is required.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
