As a Front Desk Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will welcome visitors, monitor access points, and support day-to-day security-related operations through strong communication and customer service. This role offers the chance to stay visible at the front desk, help to deter incidents, and deliver a professional presence while working with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Monitor lobby and entry activity, assist with visitor check-in and sign-in processes, and help to support access control procedures in accordance with property guidelines.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property management and/or emergency personnel when appropriate.
- Answer phones, greet guests, provide directions, and help to address questions or concerns while maintaining awareness of security-related matters at the front desk.
- Complete required logs, reports, and documentation related to visitors, deliveries, incidents, and other front desk and/or security-related activity.
Minimum Requirements:
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
