Security Officer Patrol Guardian

As a Security Officer Patrol Guardian in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol professional at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support tenants and visitors with excellent customer service and communication. In this role, you will bring a caring, reliable approach, work with integrity, and contribute to a team that values agility, innovation, and teamwork every day.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and report observations according to site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, parking areas, common areas, exterior grounds, and/or perimeter locations within the property.
- Monitor access points, observe on-site activity, and help to deter unauthorized entry, trespassing, and/or suspicious behavior at the location.
- Support daily property operations by documenting incidents, communicating with building representatives, and assisting with security-related concerns as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
