As a Security Professional - CRE Unarmed Patrol - Full Time in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Unarmed Officer, where you will monitor and patrol a dynamic commercial real estate location. Your presence and attention to detail will help to deter security-related incidents while you interact with tenants and visitors, providing exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor the premises for suspicious behavior or potential security-related concerns and report findings as required by Allied Universal protocols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate written reports of daily activities, observations, and incidents encountered during patrols.
• Communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and/or employees to provide assistance and general information as needed.
• Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management, adapting to changing environments and conditions as required by the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Two or more years of security-related experience are required.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
