As a Security Officer - Bank Lobby Desk Monitor in Malvern, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a prominent financial institution location, you will be the first point of contact, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing outstanding customer service. You will manage access control, assist visitors, and handle security-related inquiries with professionalism. This is a driving position. What You'll Do:

• Greet visitors, employees, and guests in a professional manner, providing customer service while adhering to security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a financial institution location.
• Monitor access to the facility by verifying identification and maintaining visitor logs to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Communicate with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives regarding security-related concerns, incidents, or emergencies as needed.
• Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, including guiding occupants and coordinating with emergency personnel if required.
• Operate security-related technology and/or equipment provided at the front desk, such as access control systems, CCTV, and communication devices.
• Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter potential security-related issues and provide reassurance to employees and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
