What You'll Do:

• Greet visitors and employees in a professional manner while monitoring access to the location.
• Provide exceptional customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies as outlined by Allied Universal.
• Monitor the front desk area and observe for unusual or suspicious activity, helping to deter unauthorized access or incidents.
• Respond promptly to incidents and critical situations, applying calm judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Assist with visitor management processes, including verifying identification and issuing visitor badges when appropriate.
• Maintain detailed records of daily activities and any security-related incidents at the front desk.
• Communicate and collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and/or client staff as needed to address concerns or incidents.
• Support emergency response activities as outlined in site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
