In this armed and driving role, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, help to deter security-related incidents, and respond to calls for assistance. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing communications, including calls and radio traffic, to support site operations.
• Dispatch security-related personnel to incidents and requests for assistance throughout the location as needed.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of all dispatch activities and incidents in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Coordinate with on-site staff and security-related teams to facilitate prompt response to emergencies and critical situations.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points through electronic systems or physical verification.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries from employees, visitors, and contractors in a professional manner.
• Support regular and random patrols by communicating updates and relaying important information to patrolling personnel.
• Follow site-specific procedures and Allied Universal protocols to help to deter unauthorized activities and respond to incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have three or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security experience or possess a college degree.
• Possess an armed guard card or license as required by law.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Handcuffing certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
