As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will be stationed at a premier retail location, welcoming visitors, checking credentials, and assisting with access control to help create a secure and welcoming environment. Your presence at the front desk will help to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service and communication. You will use technology and your interpersonal skills to support the client’s operations. What You'll Do:

• Greet visitors and guests in a professional manner while monitoring access to the location.
• Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, providing information and support to relevant personnel.
• Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity.
• Communicate clearly with visitors, clients, and team members to support a welcoming and secure environment at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
