As a Front Desk Security Professional in a luxury retail location, you will greet guests, manage access control and badge procedures, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service. Using computer or tablet systems, you will support a welcoming, secure environment while communicating clearly with visitors and team members. What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, associates, and vendors at the front desk and offering clear directions and assistance.
- Monitor access to the retail location by verifying visitor, vendor, and delivery authorization in accordance with site-specific policies.
- Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and package logs while communicating relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures.
- Observe front-desk activity and report unusual or security-related concerns promptly to the appropriate personnel to help deter unauthorized access.
Minimum Requirements:
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
