Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a dynamic utilities location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license, offering the chance to support daily operations with integrity, teamwork, and a people-first approach in a reliable and innovative environment.

Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utilities location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify maintenance, access control, or other security-related concerns.
- Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or unauthorized access attempts according to site protocols.
- Support daily operations by completing routine reports, maintaining awareness of changing site conditions, and assisting with directions, information, and other customer service needs as appropriate.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
