You will assist with routine patrols, customer service, and daily security-related interactions while bringing agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity to every shift.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, credential checks, and other security-related policies at a logistics and distribution location.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify identities, issue visitor or temporary access credentials as directed, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, delivery disputes, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to supervisors, site contacts, and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
- Observe vehicle and pedestrian traffic at gates, docks, and other access points, document security-related activity, and report unusual conditions, damaged barriers, and/or policy violations.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, parking areas, and shipping or receiving zones, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
Minimum Requirements:
- The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
