In this role, you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, and help respond to security-related concerns while supporting access awareness and site operations. You will remain a visible, reliable presence, deliver strong customer service, and work with integrity and teamwork in a fast-paced environment that values agility, innovation, and people first.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a defense-related location.
- Monitor dispatch communications, alarms, cameras, phones, radios, and/or incoming requests, and relay information to appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Document incidents, service calls, unusual activity, and/or status updates in logs and reports, helping to support timely communication and follow-up.
- Coordinate routine and urgent response activities by assigning calls, tracking officer locations, and communicating relevant details to site contacts and/or emergency services when needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned, noting conditions and reporting concerns according to site procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
