- Provide customer service to clients, tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Monitor lobby and entry activity, assist with visitor check-in and credential verification, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence.
- Answer questions, provide directions, and support daily operations in a professional manner within a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with building contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
- Complete reports, logs, and other required documentation related to security-related activities, visitor activity, and front desk operations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
- The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
