As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents and provide a reassuring presence while patrolling a premier financial institution location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular armed patrols, remaining highly visible to assist with preventing incidents, and delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at financial institution locations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols, both inside the business and around the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and/or other designated areas to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment.
• Complete detailed reports on incidents and observations as required by site policy.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency responders as needed during incidents.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and communicate any unusual activity or potential risks to the appropriate personnel.
• Adhere to all Allied Universal policies and procedures while performing armed patrol duties at the assigned location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least three years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
