Security Officer - CRE Dispatch Full-Time

As a Security Officer - CRE Dispatch Full-Time in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will play a key role in monitoring and coordinating security-related activities to help maintain a secure environment for tenants and visitors. Your responsibilities will include managing communications, responding promptly to incidents, and supporting field teams through clear and timely information. You will be part of a dedicated team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, while delivering outstanding customer service and upholding the highest standards of integrity in every interaction.

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate communication systems to coordinate security-related activities within the commercial real estate location.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service to appropriate personnel, maintaining accurate records of all communications and incidents.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as needed.
• Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and requests from tenants, visitors, and staff in a professional manner.
• Document and report security-related incidents, unusual activities, and maintenance issues to the appropriate parties.
• Support emergency response procedures by relaying critical information and coordinating with Allied Universal personnel and local authorities as required.
• Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence through surveillance and monitoring systems.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
