Security Officer Patrol Associate Lead

As a Security Officer Patrol Associate Lead in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this people-first role, you will support residents, guests, and staff with professionalism, teamwork, and integrity while contributing to a reliable and welcoming environment.

- Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions taken according to site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential common areas, entrances, parking areas, amenities, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, communicate with residents and property personnel, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior to the appropriate contacts.
- Support move-ins, deliveries, and routine property activity by providing directions, maintaining a visible presence, and following post orders for residential location operations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
