Security Officer Patrol Driver Bike

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Bike in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a residential location, where you will monitor assigned areas, perform routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence and strong communication. This is a driving post. You will support residents and guests with customer-focused service while working with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

- Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or emergency services as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance-related concerns.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, helping to verify authorized entry, support guest check-in procedures, and report suspicious behavior and/or unauthorized persons.
- Support a professional residential environment by assisting with routine security-related inquiries, following post orders, and reporting incidents, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Able to ride a bike.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
