Security Guard - Driver Patrol

In this driving post, you will help monitor entry and exit activity, verify badges and credentials, complete routine patrols, and provide strong customer service and communication. You will support daily security-related operations with a reliable, people-first approach, working as part of a team that values integrity, agility, and innovation.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, monitoring entry and exit points, and/or supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Verify visitor, contractor, and employee credentials in accordance with location policies, issue access instructions, and document arrivals, departures, and/or unusual activity.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including production areas, shipping and receiving zones, and perimeter access points, to help to deter unauthorized access and/or policy violations.
- Monitor alarms, cameras, and entry systems, and report equipment issues, maintenance concerns, and/or suspicious behavior in a timely manner.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proof of high school diploma or GED is required.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
