As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing exceptional customer service while monitoring access and helping to deter security-related incidents. You will manage badge access, respond to alarm panels, and communicate clearly with all guests. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a financial institution location.
• Monitor access to the facility, verifying identification and credentials as required for entry.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Assist visitors and employees with inquiries, directions, and general information related to the location.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.
• Coordinate with Allied Universal management and local law enforcement or emergency services as needed during incidents.
• Support emergency response activities as directed, including assisting with evacuation procedures when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
