Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver Downtown Job in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

As a Security Officer Full Patrol Driver in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a public transportation location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide professional customer service to riders, visitors, and staff. Pay Rate: $19.45 / Hour
Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to passengers, employees, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at public transit locations.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, vehicle staging areas, and surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or potential hazards.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
- Monitor access points and public areas, assist with directing visitors, and report unauthorized access, property damage, or policy violations.
- Prepare accurate activity and incident reports and communicate relevant observations to site leadership and/or emergency responders.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
