Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a government transit location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. This driving post offers the chance to support daily operations, assist riders and staff with exceptional customer service, and bring clear communication, reliability, teamwork, and integrity to every shift.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a public transportation location.
- Respond to incidents, service calls, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and activities according to post guidelines.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, buildings, and perimeter locations, noting unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns.
- Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and public spaces to help support authorized access practices and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations.
- Interact professionally with passengers, visitors, and staff while providing directions, answering questions, and helping to address security-related concerns at the location.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
