As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Full Time in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic food and beverage location. Conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with AU Driver Policy requirements. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a food and beverage production and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and maintain visitor, contractor, and vehicle entry records.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and promptly communicating information to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
- Observe and report conditions that may affect operations, including unsecured doors, restricted-area access concerns, damaged fencing, and unusual activity.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Experience with handcuffs, pepper spray, and a baton is preferred.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
