As a Security Officer Front Desk Full Time in Saint Paul, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a healthcare setting, you will welcome patients, families, visitors, and staff while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. You will help maintain a professional, secure environment by monitoring access, responding to security-related concerns, and supporting facility procedures. What You'll Do:
- Provide welcoming customer service to patients, families, visitors, and staff while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a pediatric healthcare location.
- Monitor access to the facility, greet and direct visitors, verify visitor credentials as required, and communicate visitor guidelines in a professional manner.
- Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, compassionate, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
- Maintain awareness of front desk activity and report suspicious activity, policy concerns, or facility issues to appropriate personnel.
- Complete required documentation, maintain clear communication with healthcare staff and Allied Universal leadership, and support a respectful environment for children and families.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
