As a Security Officer Patrol in Ceres, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a dynamic fitness location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support members, guests, and staff through strong customer service and communication. In this role, you will reflect our agile, reliable, and innovative approach while working with teamwork, integrity, and a people-first culture.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to members, guests, and staff by following site-specific procedures, monitoring access points, and addressing security-related concerns in a professional manner.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations and activities according to site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor the premises during operating hours, assist with de-escalation when appropriate, and communicate with local management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
- Support a welcoming environment by observing member and visitor activity, documenting security-related issues, and helping to maintain order throughout the location.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
