Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with a caring, reliable, and agile approach while working as part of a team that values integrity and innovation.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a logistics and distribution location.
- Respond to incidents, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor the movement of employees, visitors, and delivery drivers through designated access points, verifying credentials and/or following visitor and vehicle check-in procedures.
- Support shipping and receiving operations by observing high-traffic areas, reporting policy violations, and/or helping to maintain orderly operations during busy arrival and departure periods.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
- Applicants must be 21+ years of age.
- A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Loss prevention experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
