As a Security Officer Full Time in Monroeville, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Security Officer supporting a healthcare location. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide welcoming customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. This role offers the opportunity to communicate clearly, respond to security-related concerns, and contribute through teamwork, integrity, reliability, and a caring, people-first culture.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and vendors at a healthcare-related location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and delivery records in accordance with site procedures.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency services when needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions, unauthorized activity, and maintenance concerns.
- Prepare clear and accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
