As a Security Officer - Armed Financial Patrol in Moreno Valley, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by executing security-related procedures and site-specific protocols, including appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner, while demonstrating professional conduct at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, noting and reporting any suspicious activity or security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points to help maintain authorized access and assist visitors as needed, following all security-related policies and procedures.
• Maintain a visible presence at the location to help to deter potential threats and provide reassurance to staff and visitors.
• Accurately document security-related incidents, patrol activities, and observations in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.
• Collaborate with site staff, local law enforcement, and Allied Universal management as necessary to address and resolve security-related incidents.
• Operate security-related equipment, such as access control devices and radio communication tools, as required for the post.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a current and valid armed guard card or license as required by applicable state and/or local laws.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
