Security Officer Lobby Security Coordinator

As a Front Desk professional in a healthcare location, you will be the welcoming first point of contact, assisting visitors, monitoring access, and supporting security-related procedures with professionalism and care. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific procedures, managing visitor access, and supporting security-related protocols for a healthcare location.
- Monitor entry activity, verify identification and/or visitor information as directed, and document arrivals, departures, and other front desk activity.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with staff and/or emergency personnel when appropriate.
- Answer phones, assist residents, patients, visitors, and staff with general questions, and report maintenance, access, and other security-related concerns according to site procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
