As a Security Professional - Telecom Patrol Full-Time in Morrisville, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents at a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, staying visible throughout the premises, and delivering outstanding customer service to everyone you encounter. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations within the technology, media, and telecommunications environment in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and protect property.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Communicate and collaborate with site staff and emergency responders as required.
• Remain alert and attentive while patrolling, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as dictated by the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
