Security Manufacturing Screener - Full Time

As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Screener in Mount Juliet, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Screener with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment by monitoring entrances and conducting routine patrols of the premises. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide excellent customer service and clear communication to all staff and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Greet and screen individuals entering the location, adhering to site-specific procedures and protocols.
• Verify credentials and/or identification of employees, visitors, and vendors as required.
• Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access to the location.
• Report suspicious behavior and/or incidents to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and guiding individuals as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, incidents, and/or irregularities observed during the shift.
• Follow emergency response procedures as directed by Allied Universal and location management.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
