Join Allied Universal at a professional financial institution location as a Front Desk Officer, where you will greet visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and support security-related operations through strong communication and customer service. In this highly visible role, you will help to deter incidents while representing a caring, agile, and reliable team that puts people first and acts with integrity every day.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors at the front desk by following site-specific policies, visitor management procedures, and appropriate emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
- Monitor lobby and front desk activity, verify identification and credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access within the financial institution location.
- Answer questions, direct visitors, manage sign-in processes, and support other security-related administrative duties associated with a professional front desk post.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
- CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
