As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a renowned cultural institution location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to promote a sense of security, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This role requires operating a vehicle as part of your patrolling responsibilities. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations on location in a calm, problem-solving manner, working with Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor entry and exit points, observing for unusual activity and reporting any security-related concerns to Allied Universal management.
• Assist with crowd management and access control during events and/or high-traffic periods, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter disruptive behavior.
• Document and report incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with visitors, staff, and Allied Universal team members, providing assistance as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in a security-related role is required.
• Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
