Security Officer Hiring Event - Nashville
Allied Universal is hiring 40 Security Officers for the JLL account in Nashville. Walk in, interview, and leave with an offer!
Hiring Event
- When: Thursday, October 15, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Where: Allied Universal, 22 Century Blvd, Suite 410, Nashville, TN 37214
- On-the-spot offers for qualified candidates
- Dress code: Business casual. Come dressed as you would for an interview (no sweats).
Pay: Starting at $18.50/hour
Shifts: All shifts available, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, including weekends. Full-time, part-time, and Flex Officer positions are open.
Open Positions and Requirements
Entry level, no experience needed
- Security Officer (5 openings): no experience required
- Security Officer, driving (1 opening): no experience required; clean driving record (MVR check)
Experienced
- Security Officer (1 opening): 2+ years of security, law enforcement, or military experience
- Security Officer, driving (3 openings): 2+ years of security, law enforcement, or military experience; clean driving record (MVR check)
- Security Officer (9 openings): 3+ years of security, law enforcement, or military experience
Leadership
- Shift Supervisor (2 openings): 3+ years of security, law enforcement, or military experience
Flex Team
- Flex Security Officer (multiple openings): 2+ years of security, law enforcement, or military experience; clean driving record preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
*A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only
