What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and emergency response actions appropriate to the location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to Allied Universal and site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the industrial location, including production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and document deliveries, contractors, and other routine activity as directed by site procedures.
- Support incident documentation and communication by completing logs, written reports, and pass-down information related to security-related matters and operational concerns.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
