Using computer or tablet systems, you will support a professional, secure environment while communicating clearly with staff and guests. What You'll Do:
- Provide a professional front-desk presence and customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors at a healthcare location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
- Greet visitors, verify identification and appointment information as applicable, manage visitor access, and provide directions to appropriate departments.
- Monitor entry activity, maintain visitor logs and/or access records, and report unusual activity or access concerns according to site procedures.
- Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.
- Assist with maintaining an orderly reception area and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
Minimum Requirements:
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
