Security Officer Site Monitoring

As a Security Officer Patrol Monitor in Nashville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong customer service and communication. In this role, you will be part of a caring, agile team that values reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity while making a meaningful impact each shift.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access practices, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant security-related details.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter, with working conditions that may vary across the location.
- Monitor entry and exit points, help to deter unauthorized access, and report maintenance, hazard, and/or policy concerns to the appropriate contacts.
- Support daily operations by communicating with site personnel and visitors, following post orders, and completing required reports related to incidents, patrol activity, and/or other security-related observations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
