What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access practices, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, to help identify suspicious activity and/or security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points, lobbies, and/or other assigned areas to help confirm authorized entry, support visitor processing, and/or observe activity consistent with site policies.
- Support assigned banking operations by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and/or following post orders designed to help address security-related risks and customer service needs.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
