What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials and/or identification of individuals entering the premises.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of activity, including visitor check-ins and/or deliveries, according to site requirements.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with residents, guests, and building staff to address inquiries or concerns.
• Assist with emergency response activities in accordance with established protocols as needed.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior within the residential property through a visible front desk presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
