What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at the front desk of a commercial real estate location.
- Monitor lobby and front desk activity, greet and direct guests, and assist with visitor check-in, identification review, and access-related processes in accordance with site procedures.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with building management and/or emergency services when appropriate.
- Answer phones, support tenant and visitor inquiries, and complete reports, logs, and other front desk documentation related to daily operations and security-related events.
- Help to deter unauthorized access by maintaining awareness of entry points, observing lobby activity, and following post orders for deliveries, vendors, and guest access.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
