Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. In this people-first role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity while helping create a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, identify security-related concerns, and report maintenance and/or access control issues.
- Monitor entrances, lobbies, and other assigned areas to help to verify authorized access, observe visitor activity, and support established post orders and location procedures.
- Support day-to-day operations by preparing clear reports, maintaining awareness of high-traffic areas, and assisting with security-related responses in accordance with Allied Universal standards and site expectations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
- A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
