As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will serve as a welcoming, visible presence at a professional location. You will greet visitors, manage access, monitor activity, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Using computer or tablet systems, you will support site operations while reflecting our agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture through teamwork and integrity.

What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, verifying access authorization, and directing guests, employees, and vendors at the front desk.
- Carry out site-specific security-related procedures, visitor management protocols, and access-control requirements in accordance with established policies.
- Monitor entry activity, receive and route calls, maintain accurate visitor and incident records, and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures when appropriate.
- Help to deter unauthorized access by maintaining a professional front-desk presence and reporting unusual activity or policy concerns to site leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
