As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling designated areas within a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location. Your visible presence will help to deter potential security-related incidents while you deliver outstanding customer service and clear communication to all visitors and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide outstanding customer service to clients and visitors while following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at a technology and media location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, using problem-solving skills to support the needs of the site.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and to observe any unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and identify any irregularities within the building or surrounding areas.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding daily activities, observations, and incidents encountered during patrols.
• Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives regarding security-related matters as needed.
• Remain attentive to changes in the environment and participate in emergency response activities as required by site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
