Security Officer Dispatch Analyst

As a Security Officer Dispatch Analyst in Newark, DE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Dispatch professional at a financial institution location, you will monitor systems, coordinate communications, document activity, and support timely responses to security-related concerns. This role offers the chance to stay engaged, provide outstanding customer service, and work with a team that values being agile, reliable, and innovative. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, dispatch-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
- Monitor alarms, cameras, radio traffic, and/or incoming calls, then document activity and relay information to on-site personnel, supervisors, and/or first responders in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations by prioritizing communications, coordinating support, and following post orders and security-related procedures.
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and dispatch records, including incident details, officer status updates, and key communications related to daily operations.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, while supporting security-related operations from the dispatch post.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or possess a college degree.
- Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
- Have customer service experience preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
